What is included in the rental price?
Published standard rates include an additional driver, VAT, a Bulgarian road vignette, third-party liability insurance, standard collision damage waiver (CDW) and theft protection.
Standard protection limits your liability under the rental agreement; it does not remove all financial responsibility. Every additional driver must meet the supplier’s requirements and be registered on the agreement.

Mileage allowance
For rentals of one or two days, the published allowance is 150 km per day, with additional distance charged at €0.15 per kilometre.
Standard longer rentals include unlimited mileage. Long-term agreements have separately agreed limits of 1,500-3,000 km per month. Cross-border rentals have different mileage conditions.

Security deposit and payment cards

Driver age and required documents
The published minimum driver age is 19, with a driving licence held for at least one year. Restrictions may apply to particular vehicles.
